Yorke Peninsula Travel between secluded beaches, top fishing spots and awe-inspiring national parks. Yorke Peninsula is also one of South Australia’s key diving destinations.

  1. Drop in a line and fish away! Keen anglers will be in heaven with the variety of fish to be caught. You can also grab a rake and go crabbing on the shores.
  2. Some of the best surfing locations can be found at Innes National Park. The park itself has some spectacular scenery including beaches, rugged cliffs, bush camping and plenty of wildlife.
  3. Moonta, Kadina and Wallaroo make up the Copper Triangle, where Cornish miners flocked in the 1860s to help mine copper. You can also discover more about the town at the Moonta Mines Museum.
